23. The adopter must provide the Minister with proof that all consents have been given in view of an adoption that severs the child’s pre-existing bonds of filiation.
The Minister may require consent in the appropriate form attached as a schedule to this Regulation.

23. The adopter must provide the Minister with proof that all consents have been given in view of a full adoption, as prescribed by articles 568 and 574 of the Civil Code.
The Minister may require consent in the appropriate form attached as a schedule to this Order.
